Purchasing method
- Please select your preferred language and lesson time in the "Customer Information Entry Field" after clicking "Add to Cart" and then "Proceed to Purchase." *Choose from English, Chinese, or other languages.
- For English/Chinese: Changes to the language or lesson time cannot be made after booking is complete. *After the interpreter arrangements are finalized for all other languages.
- If you need to make changes to your reservation, please cancel and re-book.

- Please arrive 10 minutes before the lesson starts.
- If you cannot meet up with your instructor or are unsure where to meet, please contact WAmazingSnow's customer support immediately.
- If you miss the meeting time by more than 30 minutes, your lesson will be canceled and you will not be able to take it.

Notes
- Lift pass and rentals (including ski wear and equipment) are not included in the lesson fee.
- The lesson will begin as soon as you arrive, so please arrive at the meeting place already changed and with any rental equipment you may need.
- If you need explanations about gear or other equipment, please request them in advance. This will count as part of your lesson time, but we can accommodate this request. *An interpreter will also be provided.
- No charge for participants other than the group representative.Save more with more participants.
- With an item that limits the total number of people, a request exceeding the limit cannot be processed.
- Tickets for a fixed number of persons, such as family tickets, parent-and-child tickets, etc., are only available for purchase under specified conditions.Please be aware that if a booking does not meet the specified conditions, it will not be accepted.*Ex: 2 adults, 2 children / 1 adult, 1 child
