How to use
- Please generate your QR code before the date of use. Once the QR code is generated, cancellations are not possible.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your ticket.
- The start date of use is the day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging the pass. *If the exchange and usage dates differ, please store it securely in a locker or similar. Reissuance is not possible if lost or if you accidentally pass through the gate.

- This product is being sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period.
- You can cancel your order through My Page until February 28, 2026, as long as the QR code has not been generated. However, the cancellation period may be shorter depending on the payment method and purchase date. (Credit card payment: Cancellation is not possible after 180 days from the purchase date) Once the cancellation period has passed, cancellations and refunds will not be possible under any circumstances.
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- If you cannot generate a QR code or if the automatic ticketing machine is not working, please visit the ski resort counter.

• Dec 29 to Jan 1 & Sundays during the period: 3:30pm-7:00pm
