This set includes admission to Rokkosan Snow Park, ski set rental (skis, boots, poles), and ski wear rental (jacket & pants). *Accessories (ski hat, gloves, goggles) are not included in the rental.

How to use

Redeemable passes: 1 admission ticket, 1 rental ticket
When exchanging your admission ticket, you will also receive a rental ticket.
To pick up your rental items, please present your rental ticket at the rental counter.
Tickets are valid only on the day of exchange.

The Rokkosan Snow Park Terms of Use apply.
On weekdays excluding December 22-30, 2025, and January 2-7, 2026, as well as on December 6 (Sat), December 31 (Wed), and January 1 (Thu/public holiday), the operating hours are 9:00am-5:00pm.
Lift passes are not included. Please purchase them at the on-site ticket counter.
During peak periods (weekends, public holidays, and December 25-January 7), rental items may be out of stock. Please visit us as early as possible.

Cancellation policy

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
