• Once a reservation has been made, it is not possible to change the language or lesson time. If you need to change the language or lesson time, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

This insurance provides the following coverage for injuries or property damage occurring on the day of your lesson and the following day.

• Death or permanent disability: JPY 5,000,000
• Hospitalization: JPY 5,000 per day
• Outpatient treatment: JPY 2,500 per day
• Liability coverage: JPY 30,000,000

If you suffer an injury or illness, no prior notification is required. Please visit a hospital directly and pay for the consultation or treatment yourself.
If you accidentally cause injury to another person or damage their belongings, please contact WAmazing Snow Customer Support after receiving an invoice from the other party.

To make an insurance claim, please provide WAmazing Snow Customer Support with the following details.

• Lesson information: ski resort, lesson name, date of use
• Date and time of occurrence: date of your injury, illness, property damage, or when another person was injured
• Incident details: description of the injury, damage, and how it occurred
• Supporting documents: hospital receipts or invoices from the other party
• Claimant information: name, phone number or email address, purchase ID, user ID

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the lesson start time.
• If you are unable to meet up with your instructor or do not know the meeting place, please contact WAmazing Snow's Customer Support immediately.
• Please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to take the lesson.
• If you are late, the lesson time will be shortened by the amount of time you are delayed.

• The fee covers lesson costs and insurance only, and strictly does not include lift passes, transportation, lodging, rental equipment, transfers, or any other expenses.
• Please prepare your equipment in advance and arrive at the designated meeting place on time.
• If you need assistance from an instructor with equipment rental, please note that this time is included in the lesson duration, and the end time will not be extended.
• No refunds will be issued if an accident or injury occurs due to failure to follow the instructor’s instructions or actions outside the scope of support, making it impossible to continue the lesson.
• Lessons that span lunchtime include a one-hour break. The exact time for the break will be decided with your instructor based on the day's lesson schedule.
• If you feel unwell or need a break, water, or to use the restroom during the lesson, please inform your instructor immediately.
• To prevent injury, please trim your nails before the lesson.

Attire and items to bring:
- Wear thick snow socks that reach your calves.
- Bring your own protective gear.
- The sun's reflection off the snow can be intense, so apply sunscreen and wear gloves and a lightweight face mask.
- If you are prone to dryness, bring lip balm and moisturizer and keep them in your locker for use during restaurant or restroom breaks.
- Carrying water during the lesson is not necessary; drinking water is provided at the restaurant.
