How to use
- Redeemable pass: One 1-day lift pass
- Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
- After generating the QR code, you may exchange it for a lift pass and enter through the gate on any weekend or public holiday within the validity period.
- Please scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine (pick-up box) to receive your pass. *Please keep your lift pass in a secure place, such as your left pocket.
- Valid only on the day of exchange.
- If you do not generate the QR code by your specified date of use, the validity period will expire and the pass cannot be used. Cancellation is also not possible.

Notes
- If you cannot generate a QR code or if the automatic ticketing machine is not working, please visit the ski resort counter.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash when the lift pass (IC card) is returned.
- If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be refunded, and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)

- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
