- Please return rental items during business hours (8:30am-4:00pm).
- If you encounter any problems after renting, such as the size not fitting, please let the staff know.
- Lift passes are not included and must be purchased separately.
- Accessories (hats, gloves, goggles) are not included in the rental.

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
