- You cannot change the lesson time after completing your reservation. If you need to change it, please cancel your current booking and make a new reservation.

Meeting location: In front of the Bell D'or restaurant entrance at the Kumanoyu Ski Area Center House
Landmark: Staff wearing a turquoise-blue uniform will be waiting see image.
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the lesson start time.
- If you are unable to meet up with your instructor or do not know the meeting location, please contact WAmazing Snow's Customer Support immediately.
- Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to take the lesson.

- Lesson fees do not include lift passes or rental equipment.
- The school does not provide rental gear.
- Please be sure to arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes before the lesson starts.
- Please come to the meeting location fully equipped with rental equipment and ready to start the lesson.
- No charge for participants other than the group representative.Save more with more participants.
- With an item that limits the total number of people, a request exceeding the limit cannot be processed.
- Tickets for a fixed number of persons, such as family tickets, parent-and-child tickets, etc., are only available for purchase under specified conditions.Please be aware that if a booking does not meet the specified conditions, it will not be accepted.*Ex: 2 adults, 2 children / 1 adult, 1 child
