Landmark: Staff wearing red uniforms with the ski resort name
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts.
- If you cannot locate your guide or are unsure of the meeting place, please contact WAmazing Snow's customer support team immediately.
- If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the meeting time, your reservation will be treated as a same-day cancellation and you will not be able to join the tour.
- Regarding the meeting location: Hotel guests may request pickup from their accommodation. To arrange this service, please contact WAmazing Snow's customer support by 2:00pm (JST) on the day before the tour.
