How to use
- Redeemable pass: One White Adventure Ticket, meal ticket (JPY 1,000)
- Please generate your QR code before the date of use.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please hold up the QR code on your electronic voucher to the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- Valid only on the day of exchange. Please complete the exchange on the day you intend to use the pass.

• A paper meal ticket will be handed over when you exchange your White Adventure Ticket.
• No change will be given when meal tickets are used. Non-refundable.

Notes
- Lift passes are not included and need to be purchased separately.
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the White Adventure Ticket (IC card). (Return locations: Lift pass counter, Center House 2F Information Counter)
- If the IC card is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be returned, and the IC card cannot be reissued.
- This pass is for snow activities and cannot be used for access to the slopes.

- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
