How to use
- Redeemable pass: One 1-day lift pass
- Please generate the QR code by your designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, cancellation is not possible.
- You can exchange your lift pass and go through the gates only on the date you've selected.
- Please hold the QR code on your e-voucher over the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the validity period will expire, and the pass cannot be used. Additionally, cancellation is not possible.

Notes
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort information desk.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return your lift pass (IC card). *Return location: Center House 1F
- If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be returned and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.

- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
