Product description

A set that includes a 1-day multi-resort lift pass that allows you to use all the lifts and gondolas at Dynaland Ski Resort and Takasu Snow Park, and a JPY 1,000 meal ticket.

Can be purchased up to 21:00 (JST) on the day of use.

How to use

Redeemable pass: One 1-day lift pass, and one meal ticket
Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
Please scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
Passes can be redeemed at either Dynaland or Takasu Snow Park.
Passes are only valid on the day of exchange.
If the QR code is not generated by the designated date, the validity period will end and the ticket will no longer be usable. Cancellation is also not allowed.

Meal tickets can be used at the following locations:
All restaurants at the ski resort
• A paper meal ticket will be dispensed when you exchange your lift pass.
• No change will be given when meal tickets are used. Non-refundable.

What's included in the voucher

Notes

This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
If you cannot generate a QR code or if the automatic ticketing machine is not working, please visit the ski resort counter. *A deposit of JPY 500 per lift pass (IC card) is required at the counter. The deposit will be refunded in cash when the lift pass (IC card) is returned.
The used lift pass (IC card) does not need to be returned. Collection boxes are also available (Dynaland: In front of the Center House 1F Information Counter, Takasu Snow Park: Lift Pass Counter).
Due to snowfall or weather conditions, it may not be possible to travel between Dynaland and Takasu Snow Park.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
