Bus Information:

• Please gather 5 minutes before departure. However, as this is a route bus, it will not depart until the scheduled time.

• When getting off the bus, please show the voucher redemption screen to the bus crew.
• This ticket only covers the outbound trip. You will need to make your own arrangements for accommodations, lift passes, and buses for the return trip.

• Up to two children ages 1-5 can ride for free per parent/guardian. (Free for infants under 1 year old)
• Please confirm the meeting location in advance.

User guide:
• This ticket cannot be used for the 9:50pm departure from Morioka Station as the fare is different.
• Please take a numbered ticket when boarding. (No need to show your voucher at boarding.)
• When getting off the bus, please show your voucher redemption screen to the bus crew.
• This is a one-way ticket for the local route bus (via expressway) running from Morioka Station to Appi Kogen, operated by Iwate Kenpoku Bus.
• The schedule varies depending on the day. Please check the timetable on the Iwate Kenpoku Bus website before traveling.
• The ticket becomes invalid once you disembark.
• This ticket does not guarantee a seat. Boarding may not be possible if the bus is full or services are suspended.
• If you cannot display the screen due to device malfunction, low battery, or connectivity issues, please pay the standard one-way fare.
• Cancellations due to customer circumstances after the start of use are not accepted.
• We cannot offer refunds for delays in connecting transportation, nor can we offer compensation for delays in this bus service.

Regading the use of the luggage compartment:
• Devices containing lithium-ion batteries—such as portable charger, laptops, smartphones, and tablets—cannot be placed in the underfloor luggage compartment due to the risk of smoke or fire from impact or damage. Please bring them onboard and keep them within your sight.
• Fragile items, cash, and other valuables cannot be stored. Please keep them with you at your seat and manage them yourself.
• The luggage compartment is only for storing luggage.
• We cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
• Please be careful not to mix up your luggage.
• The luggage compartment has limited space. During peak periods or depending on availability, we may have to refuse storage, so please consider using courier services if possible.
