Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts.
If you are unable to meet the guide or cannot find the meeting location, please contact WAmazing Snow's customer support immediately.
Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to participate in the tour.
