How to use
- Show your voucher redemption screen from My Page at Zao Kasukawa Sports Rental Shop to pick up your rental equipment.
- Rental items are available for use over two consecutive days. After collecting them on the first day, please manage the rental items yourself and return them on the final day. (Opening hours: 8:00am-4:30pm)

- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
