Product description
Available only in winter, this guided snow walk lets you explore snow-covered mountains with an accompanying guide. As you stroll through snow-covered forests, the guide will explain animal tracks and natural spring water found in the area.
During the experience, drinks made with natural spring water and traditional Kori Mochi (freeze-dried rice cakes) sweets are served.

- Once a reservation has been made, it is not possible to change the experience time. If you need to make a change, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

Meeting location: Center House General Reception Counter *Upon arrival, please inform the staff.

- If you are running late or cannot find the meeting location, please contact WAmazing Snow's customer support immediately.
- Please note that if you arrive more than 30 minutes after the experience start time, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to participate.

Notes
- Participants with serious medical conditions, such as heart disease, or those who are heavily intoxicated, are asked to refrain from joining.
- The experience is open to participants ages 6 and above. If children ages 6-15 (elementary/middle school students) wish to participate, please book with the understanding that the tour may involve severe weather conditions and requires a certain level of physical fitness.
- The minimum number of participants is 2 (maximum 10). The tour may be canceled if the minimum is not met or in the event of severe weather. In such cases, the organizer will contact you using the emergency details you have provided. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming calls on the day. (Notifications are typically sent after 3:00pm on the day before the event.)
- If, after the tour has begun, it is deemed unsafe to continue due to sudden changes in weather or other conditions, the tour may be canceled. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Lift passes and ski wear rentals are not included in the experience fee. For wear rentals, please use the ski resort's rental facilities.
- On the day of the experience, please wear appropriate clothing such as ski wear, gloves, a hat that covers the ears, and snow boots.
- Please arrive at the meeting location fully prepared, having completed any wear rental or changing in advance, so the experience can begin promptly.
- As weekends and public holidays are particularly busy, participants are advised to arrive with sufficient time to spare.
Insurance coverage:
・Death or permanent disability coverage: JPY 5,000,000
・Daily hospitalization benefit: JPY 5,000 per day
・Daily outpatient benefit: JPY 3,000 per day
