- Please display the voucher exchange screen from your My Page purchase history, present it to the staff, and exchange it for your ticket.
- Passes are only valid on the day they are exchanged. Please exchange your pass on the day you intend to use it.

- Cancellations can be made through My Page until March 20, 2027, but the cancellation period may be shorter depending on the payment method and the date of purchase. (Credit card payment: no cancellation allowed after 180 days from the date of purchase)
- After the cancellation period, no cancellations or refunds can be made under any circumstances.
- Operating periods and business hours may change depending on weather and snow conditions. Additionally, the closing date for the season may be earlier than scheduled. Please check the official ski resort website for the latest operating information.
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. *This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.
