- Redeemable pass: One Naeba Ski Resort Dragondola Lift Pass
- For the Naeba Dragondola: Please show the voucher exchange screen from your My Page on your device at the Naeba Dragondola ticket counter to receive your physical pass.
- For the Kagura Ski Resort's Tashiro Ropeway: Please show the voucher exchange screen from your My Page on your device at the Tashiro Ropeway ticket counter to receive your physical pass.
- Valid only on the day of exchange.

- Purchases can be made until 12:00pm the day before your visit.
- The Tashiro Ropeway at Kagura Ski Resort will only operate until November 3rd. From November 4th onwards, you can only use the Naeba Dragondola at Naeba Ski Resort.

- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
