Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort:
• Lift pass counter (in-person service)
Hakuba Norikura Onsen Snow Resort:
• Wakaguri Ticket Center at the Alps No. 1 Pair Lift Boarding Area (In-person service)
• Satomi Ticket Center Skiosk (automatic ticketing machine)

• This pass is sold at a special price. It cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason. Please use it within the validity period.
• Please note that it takes about 30 minutes for the purchase data to be reflected at the ski resort ticket office after the purchase is completed.
• The online shop may not be available depending on the OS of your computer or smartphone, or the type and version of your browser.
• If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort information desk.
• This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
