- The bus will depart on time, even if some passengers have not arrived by the scheduled departure time. We cannot be held responsible for refunds or other compensation in such cases. Please arrive at the bus stop with plenty of time to spare.
- Upon boarding, staff (the bus driver or an attendant) will verify your voucher screen and the name used for the reservation.
- If you would like to store luggage in the trunk compartment, please inform the staff when boarding.
- Seating inside the bus is unreserved (operated on a capacity-limit basis).
- All vehicles are equipped with a restroom and free Wi-Fi.
- Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on board.
- Please set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from making voice calls.
