- Please gather 5 minutes before the lesson start time.
- The meeting location may change depending on snow conditions (in front of the "Chuo Onsen" lift). In that case, the operator will inform you via your emergency contact details by the day before.
- If you cannot meet up with your instructor or do not know the meeting location, please contact WAmazing Snow Customer Support immediately.
- Please note that if you are more than 60 minutes late for the meeting time, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and you will not be able to take the lesson.
- If you arrive late, the lesson time will be shortened by the duration of the delay.

Notes
- Lesson fees do not include lift passes or rental equipment.
- The school does not provide rental gear.
- Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the lesson starts.
- Please come to the meeting place fully equipped with rental equipment and ready to start the lesson.
- If you are late for the meeting time, the lesson time will not be extended, rescheduled or refunded.
- You cannot take skiing and snowboarding in the same lesson. If you wish to take both, please make separate reservations.
- We recommend that children aged 5-10 attend classes separately from adults whenever possible.
Safety Request:
• Please be sure to wear a ski helmet during lessons.
• When using a snowboard, it is mandatory to wear a leash cord (safety strap). Please make sure to check that it is attached at the rental shop before your lesson!
Insurance:
• The lesson fee includes the cost of insurance within Japan.
• However, as skiing and snowboarding are sports that involve the risk of injury, as a general rule, we ask that you take out your own international travel insurance.
• When doing so, please make sure that your insurance covers accidents and injuries related to skiing or snowboarding.
- No charge for participants other than the group representative.Save more with more participants.
- With an item that limits the total number of people, a request exceeding the limit cannot be processed.
- Tickets for a fixed number of persons, such as family tickets, parent-and-child tickets, etc., are only available for purchase under specified conditions.Please be aware that if a booking does not meet the specified conditions, it will not be accepted.*Ex: 2 adults, 2 children / 1 adult, 1 child
