How to use
- Redeemable items: One 1-day lift pass, rental equipment
- Please display the voucher exchange screen from your My Page purchase history, present it to the staff, and exchange your voucher.
- Please note that the exchange locations for lift passes and rental equipment differ.
- Lift pass: VillageStation: Ticket Center
- Rental equipment: VillageStation: Salomon Station Rental Counter
- The day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging your pass will be considered the day of use. If the exchange date and usage date differ, please keep and manage the ticket securely yourself. Reissuance is not possible in case of loss or if you accidentally pass through the gate.
- Can also be used during the spring season starting March 23. However, refunds for the price difference with spring season rates are not available.

Notes
- This pass is sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period.
- Cancellations can be made through your My Page until November 30, 2026. After the cancellation period, no cancellations or refunds can be made under any circumstances.
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- We will issue an IC card that does not require a deposit.
- Please return the card or take it home after use. The used IC card can be used as a discount coupon within the facility. (Hot springs, restaurants, etc.)

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
Regarding partial cancellations
This product comes as a set of 2 vouchers (redeemable tickets) per purchase.You can cancel a full set, but individual vouchers within a set cannot be canceled.

- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
