How to use
*Redemption is only available at Maiko Snow Resort.
- Redeemable pass: 1 Smile Resort Joint Pass valid for 10 days
- Please generate the QR code from your My Page purchase history before the date of use. You cannot cancel after the QR code is generated.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please hold the generated QR code over the automated ticket machine inside the ski resort to receive your pass.
- Your first day of use will be the day you exchange your pass. Please exchange your pass on the first day you intend to use it.
- Once redeemed, this single pass can be used at all 3 ski resorts for 10 consecutive days.

- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- If you cannot generate a QR code or if the automatic ticketing machine is not working, please visit the ski resort counter.
- Screenshots of the QR code cannot be used.
