How to use
- Redeemable pass: One 1-day lift pass
- Please display the voucher exchange screen from your My Page purchase history, present it to the staff, and exchange it for your pass.
- Passes are only valid on the day they are exchanged. Please exchange your pass on the day you intend to use it.
- This pass can only be exchanged at Naeba Ski Resort. It cannot be exchanged at Kagura Ski Resort

Notes
- This pass is sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period. You can cancel your order through My Page until February 28, 2027, but the cancellation period may be shorter depending on the payment method and purchase date. (Credit card payment: Cancellation is not possible after 180 days from the purchase date) After the cancellation period, no cancellations or refunds can be made under any circumstances.
- This pass can only be exchanged at Naeba Ski Resort. It cannot be exchanged at Kagura Ski Resort.
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- Night skiing is only available at Naeba Ski Resort. Kagura Ski Resort does not offer night skiing.

- Night skiing is available only at Naeba Ski Resort. Operating hours: 8:00 am-8:00pm
- Kagura Ski Resort does not offer night skiing. Operating hours: 8:00 am-4:30pm
