How to use
- On the day of use, select your preferred ski resort for exchange from the purchase history on My Page, display the voucher exchange screen, and present it to the staff.
- The staff will process your exchange and issue your pass.
- Passes are only valid on the day they are exchanged. Please exchange your pass on the day you intend to use it.
About the lift pass (IC card) deposit:
・A deposit of JPY 500 per lift pass is required at the time of exchange.
・The deposit will be refunded in cash when the lift pass (IC card) is returned.
・If a lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be returned and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.
*No deposit is required at Gujo Vacance Mura Ski Area.

Notes
- This product is sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period.
- Cancellations can be made through My Page until February 28, 2027, but the cancellation period may be shorter depending on the payment method and the date of purchase. (Credit card payment: no cancellation allowed after 180 days from the date of purchase)
- After the cancellation period, no cancellations or refunds can be made under any circumstances.
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)

1-Day Multi-Resort Lift Pass

- This is a 1-day multi-resort lift pass that can be used for all lifts and gondolas at Dynaland and Takasu Snow Park. (Please note that due to snowfall and lift operation conditions, access between the two ski resorts may not be possible.)

- This is a 1-day multi-resort lift pass that can be used for all lifts and gondolas at Dynaland and Takasu Snow Park. (Please note that due to snowfall and lift operation conditions, access between the two ski resorts may not be possible.)

- On the day of use, you can change this pass to a joint lift pass with White Pia Takasu Ski Area for an additional fee of JPY 500. If you wish to change, please let the staff at the counter know before exchanging your voucher. *Once issued as a single-resort pass, it cannot be changed to a joint pass or refunded.

- Valid use period 08:00 - 16:30
- Available from 7:00am to 4:30pm on weekends, public holidays, and during the New Year holidays (excluding January 1)
- Night skiing is not available
- On the day of use, you can change this pass to a joint lift pass with Washigatake Ski Resort for an additional fee of JPY 500. If you wish to change, please let the staff at the counter know before exchanging your voucher. *Once issued as a single-resort pass, it cannot be changed to a joint pass or refunded.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
Regarding partial cancellations
If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
