Marker: An instructor wearing a blue JoJo Snow uniform will be waiting for you. (pictured)
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the lesson start time.
- If you are unable to locate your instructor or cannot find the meeting place, please contact WAmazing Snow Customer Support immediately.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late for the meeting time, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and you will not be able to take the lesson.

Notes
- Rentals and lift passes are not included in the lesson fees. Please purchase these in advance yourself.
- Your instructor can help you purchase lift passes and rent equipment; however, this time will be included in your lesson time.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the lesson starts. Late arrivals will not be eligible for extensions, rescheduling, or refunds.
- Helmets must be worn during lessons.
- For your safety and comfort, it is recommended that you also wear goggles, gloves, a facemask, padded pants, etc.
- Lessons are subject to change according to weather and snow conditions. In this case, your instructor will inform you accordingly.
- No charge for participants other than the group representative.Save more with more participants.
- With an item that limits the total number of people, a request exceeding the limit cannot be processed.
- Tickets for a fixed number of persons, such as family tickets, parent-and-child tickets, etc., are only available for purchase under specified conditions.Please be aware that if a booking does not meet the specified conditions, it will not be accepted.*Ex: 2 adults, 2 children / 1 adult, 1 child
