Nestled midway up the renowned Mt. Adatara, one of Japan's 100 Famous Mountains, Adatara Kogen Ski Resort offers excellent snow conditions and five varied trails suited to everyone from beginners to advanced skiers and snowboarders. It's just a 20-minute drive from the Nihonmatsu Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway. To top off your visit, relax at the Adatarayama Okudake-no-Yu day-trip hot spring located right beside the slopes—perfect for a post-ski soak.
