Midway up Mt. Adatara, which is one of the 100 Famous Japanese Mountains, with outstanding snow quality and a total of 7 courses full of variety, this is a ski resort worth visiting for anyone, from beginners to advanced skiers. It’s also easy to get to - just 20 minutes from the Nihonmatsu interchange on the Tohoku Expressway. Right nearby is the day trip onsen Adatarayama Okudake no Yu, which is a perfect place to relax after skiing.
