Geto Kogen Resort

Resort features

One of the best powder snow conditions in Japan with a consistent amount of snowfall. The resort usually opens from early December. The tree-run area here is one of the largest in Japan, with ungroomed snow runs through the trees! The total distance of the runs is 14,100m, with regular courses and a vast tree-run area on offer. The resort offers a wide range of levels from beginners to advanced skiers, including a gentle slope barn perfect for beginners, a panoramic course with an observation deck at the start and views of Mt. Chokai and Mt. Iwate. Accommodation and natural hot springs are directly connected to the ski resort! From one of the area's best open-air baths, you can enjoy views of Kitakami City in the distance.
