Features and details of Palcall Tsumagoi Resort

Located midway between Karuizawa and the famous hot spring town of Kusatsu, Palcall Tsumagoi Resort features the longest gondola in the Kanto region, as well as one of Japan's largest terrain parks. The resort also has a total of 22 trails for riders to explore. Take the gondola, stretching 3,193 meters, straight up to the 2,100-meter summit, where you'll be amazed by the extraordinary views and excellent snow quality. Thanks to its impressive altitude and snowmaking machines, the resort is open for skiing from mid-December through early April. It continues to showcase a wide range of attractions centered on terrain, experience, and community.

This season introduces Oni Park, a ski area designed by an American park designer who has worked on numerous parks in Europe and the United States. The park is built for everyone, from first-timers to advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Kids’ park

This Kids' Park offers a safe and fun environment, with excellent access from the ski slopes! There is even an indoor painting area where children can design their own helmets.

Ski lodge

Directly connected to the hotel. Equipped with restaurants, rental shop, lift pass counter, information desk, hot spring baths, kids' room, changing rooms, coin-operated lockers, shops, play corner, and paid rental rooms (space for small group rentals).
