Located in the middle of one of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan, Mt. Nishi-Azuma (2,035m above sea level), the early and abundant snowfall allows for a long season skiing from early December until the Golden Week in May. In addition, all the slopes offer a wide variety of courses that take advantage of the great nature along with some of the best powder snow in Honshu. From the top of the slope (1,820m above sea level), Tsugamori Slope, to the base of the ropeway (920m above sea level), Yumoto Station, the total length of the course is 6,000m with a 900m elevation difference.
