Resort features
Sumikawa Snow Park is a ski resort boasting soft and smooth snow thanks to its high elevation, and features a range of hidden treats to be enjoyed in different ways. There is a “Juhyo Tour” that takes you around on a heated snowmobile complete with on-board cabin called “Wild Monster” that lets you catch a glimpse of the beautifully artistic, rare natural phenomenon known as “juhyo” (frost-covered trees), while listening to some light-hearted and educational remarks from the tour guide.
