Product description

You can use all the lifts and snow escalators at Adatara Kogen Ski Resort.

  • From January 2026 onwards, a children's event day will be held at the resort every Sunday.
  • If your visit falls on a children's event day, purchasing children's lift passes on the day at the resort offers better value.

  • Passes are only valid on the day they are exchanged.

1-Day Lift Pass

  • This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
  • When exchanging passes, please line up at the lift pass counter and wait to be served. Please note that these are not priority passes.
  • Passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-reissuable after exchange.
  • Lift and snow escalator operations may be suspended in the case of strong winds. (The snow escalator may be suspended on weekdays.)

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.

Remarks

  • Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
  • Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
  • Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
  • If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
