To the Rotary of Shinjuku Station West Entrance
With so many exits in Shinjuku Station, it is best to first head to the rotary of Shinjuku Station West Entrance.
The above is what you will see from JR Shinjuku Station West Entrance. Don’t let all the signs confuse you and start going straight from there.
The rotary is the first place to head.
Keep going straight and you will get to the rotary. Take a left there and continue along the rotary.
From the rotary to the bus terminal
Walk along the left side of the rotary.
Then go right round the pillar.
You will find a sign “for Met. Government” ahead.
Keep walking along the rotary.
You will see a walkway. Walk straight through there.
Follow the “for Met. Government. Chuo Park” sign.
Keep following the signs.
You will get to a long, straight section of the walkway. Keep going straight.
There is a moving walkway on the right side.
Keep going straight.
You are almost at the exit once you see these colorful signs on the left.
Head out through the exit above to go outside. Head straight.
Keep going straight along the yellow braille blocks.
This is the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Keep walking until you will find a bridge. Take a left into the entrance under the bridge.
Find this blue sign on the left side of the entrance.
Look for this poster as well.
Go straight through the passage.
Keep going straight for another 80m to the bus terminal.
You are there when you see the jagged wall on your left. The bus terminal is located on the right.
This bus terminal is used by multiple bus lines. Please make sure not to get on the wrong bus.
Please look for the staff in yellow jackets at the meeting place (the staff may not be there depending on the time).
When the staff is not present, please look for Travel Inn’s yellow flag instead. You can have your ticket confirmed there and get on the bus.
