How to use
Step 1: Confirm the exchange method
• The voucher will indicate either (QR Code Exchange) or (Counter Exchange) at the start of its name. Please redeem your pass using the indicated method.
Step 2: Details of each exchange method
QR Code Exchange:
• Before your visit, select your desired ski resort for exchange and generate a QR code.
• The ski resort you select when generating the QR code will be where you redeem your pass.
• Hold the QR code over the automatic ticketing machine at the ski resort to receive your pass.
Note The selected ski resort cannot be changed. Please be careful when making your order.
• If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated pass machines, please visit the ski resort information desk.
Counter Exchange:
• On the day of use, select your preferred ski resort for exchange and present the voucher screen to staff at the resort counter.
• The staff will process your exchange and issue your pass.

- This pass cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)

Counter Exchange: 1-Day Multi-Resort Lift Pass
- Valid use period 08:00 - 16:30
Terms of use at Gala Yuzawa Snow Resort:
• Valid during the same hours as a regular Adult's or Child's 1-Day Gondola and Lift Pass, and covers the same area.
• Night skiing is not available.

Terms of use at Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort:
• Valid during the same hours as an all-day Adult's or Child's 1-Day Gondola and Lift Pass, and covers the same area.
• Night-skiing: Daily from December 27, 2025 until February 28, 2026, Fridays and Saturdays in March.
• Open until 5:00pm with the exception of night-skiing days.

Terms of use at Yuzawa Kogen Ski Resort:
• Valid during the same hours as an Adult's 1-Day Lift Pass and Children's 1-Day Lift Pass, and covers the same area.
• Ropeway Operating Hours: 8:40am-5:00pm (last ascent at 4:20pm) *may change depending on snow conditions
• Yuzawa Onsen Snow Play Park Opening Hours: 10:00am-4:00pm
• You can ride the ropeway before Yuzawa Onsen Snow Play Park opens, but you will need to wait until the opening time to enter the park.
• Night skiing is not available.
